Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA within 5-7 business days and processed by usps.  Once processed orders may take an additional 5-7 business days, depending on the carrier however each order will receive a order confirmation via email.

TAx Studios is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged packages while in route with the carrier. Please note if the address you provided at checkout matches the address we shipped your order to and the tracking number shows successful delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any misplaced packages.

Pre-Order Policy

Some of our tote bags are available for pre-order. Because each piece is upcycled and produced in small batches, pre-orders may take 3–4 weeks to ship. When you place a pre-order, you are reserving your item in advance and agreeing to the extended fulfillment timeline.

Please note:

• Pre-order items will ship as soon as they are ready.

• If you order pre-order and in-stock items together, they may ship separately.

• Shipping estimates are approximate; you will receive tracking once your order has shipped.
